Our approach
Individualized Training
Every student learns differently and brings a different set of softball and life experiences in with them. We take the time to get to know each girl as a person as well as a player. By creating a rapport with them we can bring information and training to them in the way they will best learn it.
Current Information and Techniques
It seems like many private coaches learn a way of teaching particular skills then stay with it forever. Even successful former players tend to stay with what they were taught as youth players without questioning whether that is the best way to do things - or even what they actually did when they played! At Softball Success we are constantly looking at the latest innovations, and the techniques of top-level players, then incorporating them into our coaching accordingly.
Positive Experience
We are hyper-focused on delivering a positive experience to every student. Our goal is not just to help develop great softball players but great human beings; providing encouragement for them to step out of their comfort zones and achieve more than they thought they could is key to this approach.
That doesn't mean we're soft. We will call out players who are not putting in the work between lessons, but always in the context of where they say they want to go. We want to ensure your daughter has every opportunity to realize her dreams and find softball success.
